Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Julius is a seasoned entrepreneur and industry leader with over 20 years of executive experience spanning real estate, oil & gas, ICT, project development, corporate governance, and the nonprofit sector.
He earned an HND in Accountancy from I.M.T Enugu, a BA (Hons) in Business Education from ESUTH, and is currently pursuing an MBA. As CEO of Swisszaco Ltd, he spearheads the company’ business strategy, innovation, and operational excellence.
Julius is also Co-founder of Ogorstar Conglomerates Inc. and Academic Director of Chicago Business School Nigeria. His leadership extends beyond business as Founder and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Prudent Global Development Initiative. A recognized Eminent Peace Ambassador of the United Nations and member of the International Association of Peace Advocates, Julius has represented organizations at numerous international summits and conferences.

Co-founder & Procurement Officer
Oyibo serves as Co-founder and Procurement Officer at Swisszaco Ltd. He oversees cost-effective procurement processes, ensuring goods, services, and works are acquired through strategic, value-driven approaches.
A seasoned entrepreneur, Oyibo has held senior roles in multiple companies and is globally recognized as a mentor to young entrepreneurs. Through coaching and empowerment initiatives, he is deeply committed to eradicating poverty by equipping youth withtools to create sustainable businesses and employment opportunities.
Ifeanyi God's Power
IT Director
Ifeanyi is a creative software designer with a proven track record of delivering innovative and effective design solutions for a diverse range of clients. With over five years of experience in software design, programming, and coding, he combines technical expertise with a passion for creativity to bring unique perspectives to every ICT project he undertakes. Whether developing a brand-new identity or revitalizing an existing project, Ifeanyi applies a systematic and thoughtful approach to ensure that the final product is not only visually compelling but also communicates the intended message clearly and enhances the overall brand experience.
Blessing Michael-Edet
Human Resource Manager & Compliance Officer
Michael-Edet is a dynamic HR professional with a BSc in Accounting from Chukwuemeka Odimegwu Ojukwu University (COOU). She brings over four years of experience in human resources, finance, and administration across sectors such as oil & gas, real estate, and power. In addition to her HR role, she also serves as EFCC Compliance Officer, Planning Lead, and Sales Evaluation Officer. Skilled in conflict resolution, manpower management, and employee engagement, Michael-Edet has collaborated with major IOCs (International Oil Companies), building a strong reputation for operational efficiency and workforce development.
Ruth Imenka
Admin Manager
Ruth holds an HND in Building Technology from Federal Polytechni Nekede and brings extensive administrative and financial management expertise to Swisszaco Ltd. As Admin Manager, she oversees planning, execution, and evaluation across the company’ operational frameworks. With prior leadership experience across multiple industries, Ruth has undergone advanced professional training, including certifications from the U.K. Institute of Chartered and Certified Professionals. A certified Project Manager, she is recognized for her strong organizational skills, execution capacity, and ability to streamline complex processes
Jennifer Nwanbu Chi
Sales Coordinator
Jennifer serves as Sales Coordinator at Swisszaco Estates. She holds a BSc in Microbiology from Ignatius Ajuru University and is also a certified chef. Her scientific background sharpened her analytical mindset, precision, and adaptability, skills she has seamlessly transferred into the real estate field. With her passion for people and customer engagement, Jennifer has successfully built relationships, managed client needs, and delivered results in sales coordination. Her diverse expertise embodies Swisszaco’ innovative and client-centered culture.
